Data processing on these websites

The IP address contained in the log files generated by the provider is shortened in a way that makes it impossible to trace the IP address, which qualifies as personal data (this also applies to temporary IP addresses whose storage may enable the user at the time of issue to be traced for the duration of storage).We are unable to match these data to particular individuals. These data are not combined with other data sources and are deleted after statistical analysis.

Contact forms

If you send us a message using our convenient contact forms, all the information you provide is voluntary.

There are just a couple of designated boxes for required information that you need to complete, such as your email address as the sender of the contact form. Data you send on that basis will be held strictly confidential and not disclosed to third parties.

We will use your own email address only to reply to or contact you. Your email address may then be stored in an email address book but not disclosed to third parties.

Right to information
